The First Generation Plus Success Center at USC serves as a resource hub for first-generation, undocumented, transfer, and former foster youth students. We foster a sense of belonging and well-being through intentional programming, mentorship, and access to resources that support students throughout their college journey.
Vision
To cultivate a USC community where first-generation, undocumented, transfer, and former foster youth students feel empowered to lead, supported in their identities, and equipped to thrive academically, personally, and professionally.
Mission
The First Generation Plus Success Center aims to create a culture of belonging and inclusion that will facilitate the transition of USC first-generation, undocumented, former foster youth, and transfer students into college life.
