Highlighted Events
First-Gen Day
In collaboration with the Norman Topping Student Aid Fund, First-Gen Day celebrates National First-Generation Day, where attendees engage in an interactive activity to reflect on what being first-generation means to them, receive a tote bag, and enjoy a performance by the Trojan Marching Band.
Trojan Trailblazer Speaker Series
The Trojan Trailblazer Speaker Series provides students the opportunity to engage with faculty outside the classroom and learn about their academic and professional journeys, emphasizing the importance of building networking connections both within academic spaces and through extracurricular involvement.
First Generation Student Assembly (FGSA)
The First Generation Student Assembly is a student organization within USG that builds community and advocates for first-generation students at USC through programming, events, and campus initiatives.

Norman Topping Student Aid Fund (NTSAF)
NTSAF is a scholarship and support program that empowers first-generation and low-income students to succeed at USC and beyond. Through financial assistance, advising, community service, and programming, NTSAF fosters leadership, resilience, and a strong sense of belonging.
USC Kortschak Center
The USC Kortschak Center for Learning and Creativity provides free academic support to help students strengthen their learning strategies and reach their full potential. Through academic coaching, workshops, and study spaces, the center supports students in areas such as time management, organization, and effective study skills, while fostering creativity and academic success.
